ALLSubtitleSearcher is an excellent subtitle downloader for Windows. This little tool can look for subtitles on the Internet for your video files. If you are the type of user who downloads movies and TV shows from the Internet, then this application can come in very handy. There are a number of features in this application that make the task of downloading subtitles a much easier job.
First of all, you can add video files to the application by right-clicking on them from Windows Explorer. Once they are loaded onto the application, it will actively search for subtitles at set time intervals, or you can initiate a search manually. When ALLSubtitleSearcher finds subtitles, by default it warns you, it downloads them and unzips them if necessary. After that the application is closed automatically. You can change this behavior from the settings menu.
I found that this application works very well. By default, it downloads subtitles in English, but you can change the language from the settings menu. It found a correct subtitle for me which was in sync with the video I added to the interface.
